We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Senior Associate - Logistics to manage export documentation, customs compliance, banking formalities and regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of Export Documents for Customs filing and Final set documents for the buyers.
- Ensure all documents comply with customs and international trade regulations.
- Prepration & Submission of export documents to the bank under LC or non‑LC terms.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, EXIM policies, and local regulations.
- Submission of export documents along with Prescribed Format to the bank and gB9:B18et each.
- Generation of Bank Realisation Certificate for each export with above Bill Id through DGFT.
- Submission of PO/Proforma Invoice to the Bank on receipt of Export Proceeds for crediting.
- Submission of Export Returns and upload the Export Documents to MPEDA,



APEDA & CAPEXIL.
- Annual Export Return to FSSAI and EPCG along with necessary statements.
- Duty Drawback Return Submission to the Customs.
- Generation of Rodtep Scrip from ICEGATE site and utilisation of such scrips on import duty.
- Preparation of amount of Duty and IGST on Imports as per HS Code if applicable to Accounts.
- Maintaining Registers for Exports (Excel & Manual) & Advance Authorisation.
- On time appply of Advance Authorisation, maintaining the Import Export value and quantity.
- Assist management with administrative or logistics-related tasks when needed.
