Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Thermax Chowk
Reports To: Service Manager / Technical Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to provide technical support, perform installations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, customer-focused, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and commission company equipment at client sites
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues
- Provide technical support and training to clients
- Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with the internal team for parts, escalations, and updates
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships
- Follow safety protocols and company service standards

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in service or technical support roles (Fresher may apply for junior roles)




- Strong knowledge of [mention specific machines/equipment if any]
- Valuable understanding of technical drawings and manuals
- Basic knowledge of software/hardware interfacing is a plus

Skills Required:

- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Willingness to travel for on-site support (if applicable)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with tools, testing equipment, and safety practices

Working Conditions:

- Field visits, travel to client locations (local & outstation)
- On-call support when required
- Flexible working hours based on client needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
