Job Description – Client Servicing / Pre-Sales Executive

We are looking for a Client Servicing / Pre-Sales Executive who will play a key role in engaging with clients and supporting bathroom renovation projects. Candidates from diverse educational backgrounds such as Civil Engineering, Interior Design, MBA (Marketing), or BBA (Freshers welcome) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit clients at their site (appointments scheduled by the tele-calling team)
- Take accurate bathroom measurements and interact with clients to understand requirements
- Prepare basic layouts of existing bathrooms and assist in developing new design concepts at the office
- Maintain client servicing standards with clear communication and timely updates

Preferred Qualifications:

- Educational background in Civil Engineering, Interior Design,



MBA (Marketing), or BBA
- Ability to understand layouts and basic design concepts (training will be provided)
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Professional, well-groomed, and confident in client-facing roles

What We’re Looking For:
A presentable, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of bridging technical understanding with client satisfaction. Freshers with enthusiasm and willingness to learn are welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
