Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and execution-oriented Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of brand-building, customer acquisition, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

 Support the planning and execution of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.

 Coordinate offline marketing initiatives including print media, outdoor advertising, kiosks, exhibitions, apartment activations, and local promotional campaigns.

 Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with agencies, printers, fabrication partners, and event vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.

 Assist in the development of marketing collateral, presentations, promotional materials, and campaign assets.

 Coordinate and execute in-house and external events, customer engagement programs, and brand activation initiatives.

 Conduct site visits and oversee on-ground campaign execution to ensure quality and brand consistency.

 Work closely with Sales, Design, Operations,



and external stakeholders to support campaign planning and execution.

 Monitor campaign progress, maintain activity trackers, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

 Support lead generation initiatives through local marketing activities and customer facing engagements.

 Track campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing outcomes through regular reporting and analysis.

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Activation, Events, or related functions.  Exposure to ATL and BTL marketing activities and campaign execution.

 Experience coordinating vendors, agencies, events, and promotional activities.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

 Willingness to travel for site visits, activations, events, and campaign execution.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
