Sales & Marketing Engineer / Manager with 4 –7 yrs of exp. in Industrial B2B Sales &

Marketing. Candidates with experience in selling Industrial Process Equipment, Heating Systems,

Thermal Equipment, Process Machinery, Industrial Automation or Capital Equipment will be preferred.

1. Thermal Wastewater Evaporators

2. Industrial Drum Heating Chambers

3. Flexible / IBC Heating Jackets

4. Industrial Tray Dryers

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new business through customer visits, cold calling and lead generation.

2. Identify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline and travel across India

for business development and sales.

3. Handle customer enquiries, prepare techno-commercial oQers in coordination with the

technical team, and convert enquiries into orders.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with End Users, OEMs, EPC contractors and

consultants.

5. Conduct product presentations, negotiate commercial terms and achieve sales targets.

Engineering & Manufacturing

Skills Required

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities with a passion for field sales.

Good understanding of industrial equipment and engineering applications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

CRM experience will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Science Graduate, Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Chemical Engineering /

Salary

Market-competitive salary with attractive incentives, travel allowance and performance-based growth opportunities. 40-50 Take home + Incentives.

Candidates with experience primarily in Banking, Financial Services (BFSI), Insurance, Real

Estate, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Telecom, IT/Software, E-commerce, Automobile

Dealerships, Building Materials, Packaging, or Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales are NOT

SUITABLE for this position.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
