Role: Stitching Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Karur, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily stitching line operations.

* Monitor production output and ensure targets are met.

* Maintain quality standards throughout the stitching process.

* Allocate work and manage operators efficiently.

* Train and guide sewing machine operators.

* Coordinate with production and quality teams.

* Ensure workplace safety and discipline on the production floor.

* Minimize defects and improve line productivity.

Required Qualifications

* ITI / Diploma / Industrial Engineering (IE) or equivalent.

* 3–8 years of experience as a Stitching Supervisor in the garment/apparel industry.

Required Skills





* Solid leadership and team management skills.

* Good knowledge of sewing operations and garment production.

* Ability to achieve production targets.

* Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

* Basic communication and reporting skills.
