An Office Waiter / Waiteress or office steward is responsible for providing hospitality services within a corporate setting. They ensure a welcoming, clean, and organized setting by managing pantry supplies, serving refreshments to staff and clients, and maintaining executive boardrooms and meeting areas.

Responsibilities

- Hospitality & Serving: Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) and meals to employees, management, and visiting clients.
- Pantry Management: Monitor inventory, restock groceries, coffee, and office supplies, and report shortages to the administration team.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain the cleanliness of office pantries, refrigerators, microwaves, and dining areas. Sanitize cups, glasses, and cutlery after use.
- Meeting/Event Support: Set up meeting rooms for corporate events with necessary refreshments and explicit the tables afterward.
- Coordination:



Assist in managing office supplies and running errands between departments or nearby locations if required.

Key Requirements

- Skilled Etiquette: A neat and well-groomed appearance with a courteous, friendly, and respectful attitude.
- Communication Skills: Good command of local languages (e.g., Hindi, Gujarati in the Vapi and Daman region) and basic English to interact with staff and guests.
- Reliability & Punctuality: Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask during busy office hours.
- Basic Sanitation Knowledge: Understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.

Common Qualifications

- Education: SSC / High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: fresher are welcome.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
