Property and Casualty Underwriter (Homeowner Insurance) ( Work from Office) ( Night Shift)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property and Casualty Underwriter with a specialization in Homeowner Insurance to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of homeowner insurance policies, underwriting principles, and the ability to thrive independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

● Underwrite homeowner insurance policies, encompassing new business, renewals, and endorsements.

● Review and meticulously analyze various inspection documents, including wind mitigation, four-point inspection, and post-bind inspection reports.

● Thoroughly evaluate home attributes such as roof, exterior wall, and foundation to accurately assess risk.

● Manage policy renewals, ensuring strict compliance with all underwriting guidelines.

● Review pre-bind policies and provide necessary approvals efficiently.

● Process and review replacement cost estimators with precision.

● Provide expert support and guidance on underwriting terms and conditions.

Qualifications





● Minimum of two years of dedicated experience in property and casualty insurance, with a strong emphasis on homeowner insurance.

● Demonstrated expertise in homeowner insurance underwriting terms, renewals, and endorsements.

● Proficiency in interpreting various inspection documents, including wind mitigation, four-point inspection, and post-bind inspection.

● Comprehensive knowledge of home attributes, including roof, exterior wall, and foundation.

● Proven experience in handling replacement cost estimators.

● Exceptional analytical and decision-making capabilities.

● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

● Adept at working independently and effectively managing a remote workload.

Position Details

● Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

● Shift: CST (6 PM to 3 AM), Monday through Saturday.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
