Who are we looking for?

- 5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
- Lead generation expert - you build your own pipeline from scratch
- End-to-end sales experience - cold outreach to closure
- Experience selling to Indian and global markets (US/EU/EMEA/APAC)
- Comfortable with in-person client meetings
- Consistent quota achiever with hunter mentality

What will you do?

- Generate qualified leads independently through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking




- Own the complete sales cycle - prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closure
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles and decision-makers
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and deliver tailored demos
- Meet prospects in person to build relationships and close deals
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across target markets
- Exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and revenue
- Manage CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and report on pipeline metrics
