Job Profile

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulations export marketing to drive international business growth. The role focuses on generating export leads via exhibitions and online channel developing new international customers for finished formulations, managing relationships with existing clients, coordinating export business activities, and representing the company at international pharmaceutical exhibitions and trade events.

Role & responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Marketing Executive located in Ahmadabad. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

· Generate qualified export leads for pharmaceutical formulations through exhibitions online platforms, market research, trade portals, industry networks, and other business development channels.

- Coordinate with overseas clients regarding product inquiries, quotations, samples, documentation, regulatory requirements, and order processing.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing international clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical formulation products exclusively in international/export markets.
- Prepare export quotations, product presentations, company profiles, product portfolios, and marketing materials for prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Regulatory Affairs, Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of formulation export orders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new export opportunities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and business development progress.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert business opportunities into successful export orders.




- Attend at least 1 - 2 or more international pharmaceutical exhibitions or trade expos each year to generate business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the company's global presence.
- Ensure all export marketing activities comply with applicable international pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile/Skills Required:

· Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), M.Pharm, or MBA in Marketing/International Business with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

- First priority will be given to local candidates.

· 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulations export marketing, international business development, or a related field and Pharma exhibitions.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

· Strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, export documentation, international business processes, and customer coordination.

· Experience handling finished pharmaceutical formulations exports in non regulated market is required. Regulated Market experience is plus.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to independently manage international client relationships and achieve business development targets.

· Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and international market expansion for pharmaceutical formulations.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

· Strong business email drafting and professional correspondence skills with international clients.

· Experience with AI-powered business development and productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms) and CRM Software.

· Must be willing to travel internationally for client meetings, business development activities, and overseas exhibitions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory. Proficiency in additional regional or foreign languages will be considered an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
