My Travel Plans is looking for enthusiastic and experienced travel professionals to join our growing team!

We are seeking candidates who have a strong background in the travel industry and a solid working knowledge of GDS systems-Amadeus preferred. The ideal candidate will thrive in a quick-paced environment, demonstrate excellent sales skills, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, tours, and travel packages
- Use Amadeus GDS to create and manage reservations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Meet sales targets and upsell travel products
- Work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Stay up to date with travel regulations and destination knowledge

Requirements:

- Proven experience in the travel industry




- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS (other GDS experience is a plus)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Multilingual abilities
- Certification in Travel or Tourism
- Experience with B2C or group travel bookings
