Role Overview

We are looking for a compassionate, observant and confident Counsellor-cum-Body Language and Personality Development Expert who can counsel students and parents, understand individual developmental needs, and help candidates improve their confidence, communication, non-verbal behaviour and professional presence.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with young adults and defence aspirants and must possess strong counselling, observation and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable training and mentorship programmes.
- Understand candidates’ aspirations, concerns, strengths and developmental requirements.
- Conduct individual personality and behavioural assessments.
- Observe and analyse posture, gestures, facial expressions, eye contact, voice modulation and overall non-verbal communication.
- Provide practical and constructive feedback to candidates.
- Conduct sessions on body language, confidence building, grooming, communication skills and interview presence.




- Help candidates overcome hesitation, nervousness, low confidence and ineffective communication habits.
- Prepare candidates for personal interviews, group discussions and formal interactions.
- Conduct individual as well as group-based personality-development sessions.
- Maintain counselling records, assessment notes and candidate progress reports.
- Coordinate with psychologists, interviewing officers, communication trainers and other Invincio mentors.
- Follow up with prospective and enrolled candidates in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Support workshops, seminars, school programmes and personality-development initiatives conducted by the organisation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Applied Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Social Work or a related field.
- Certification or professional training in counselling, body language, non-verbal communication, life coaching, image consulting or personality development will be preferred.
- Relevant experience in student counselling, career counselling, personality development, training or behavioural assessment.
- Freshers with solid subject knowledge, confidence and exceptional communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Strong observation and behavioural-analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Empathetic and non-judgmental approach towards candidates.




- Ability to provide honest feedback without discouraging the learner.
- Confident presentation and facilitation skills.
- Professional appearance and positive body language.
- Ability to manage students, parents and multiple follow-ups.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and online meeting platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
