we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Interns to gain practical exposure in healthcare operations, patient care coordination, administration, and marketing activities. The intern will work closely with various departments and support day-to-day clinic and home healthcare operations while developing professional and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Clinical and Patient Support
- Assist in patient registration and coordination.
- Support doctors, nurses, and administrative staff in daily operations.
- Ensure proper patient flow and maintain a patient-friendly environment.
- Help in maintaining patient records and documentation.
- Follow all infection control and patient safety protocols.
Administrative Support
- Perform basic data entry and maintain records accurately.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-up calls.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support inventory management and office-related tasks when required.
Home Healthcare Support
- Assist in coordinating home healthcare services and patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients and caregivers regarding ongoing services.
- Support efforts to improve home healthcare cases and patient satisfaction.
Marketing and Business Development
- Participate in healthcare awareness campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support digital marketing and patient engagement initiatives.
- Help in promoting clinic and home healthcare services.
- Assist in preparing promotional materials and patient education content.
- Identify opportunities for improving patient outreach and service awareness.
Learning and Career development
- Attend training sessions and meetings conducted by the organization.
- Develop knowledge of healthcare operations, patient management, and healthcare marketing.
- Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors to enhance learning and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences, or related fields.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
