We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer who understands social media trends, ad creatives, and AI-assisted design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-converting social media creatives (Carousels, Static Ads, Banners)
- Create ad creatives for Meta & Google campaigns
- Design brochures, pitch decks, and branding materials
- Collaborate with SEO & Content team for campaign creatives
- Follow latest design trends and competitor analysis
- Maintain brand consistency
Required Tools & Skills:
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Canva (Pro level understanding)
- Figma (basic to intermediate)
- AI tools:
Mid journey / Leonardo AI / Canva AI / Chat GPT (for creative ideas)
- Understanding of CTR-focused ad design
- Knowledge of thumbnail psychology & hook design
Performance Expectation:
- Creatives should focus on engagement & conversion
- Ability to create 10–15 creatives per week
- Robust understanding of Reels & Carousel trends
