About Us

Beyond Radix Physical Therapy is a U.S.-based physical therapy organization focused on delivering high-quality patient care and operational excellence. We are looking for a motivated Chartered Accountant or experienced Senior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations remotely from India.

Responsibilities

● Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities.

● Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and cash flow reports.

● Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

● Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

● Process payroll and maintain financial records.

● Prepare management reports and financial dashboards.

● Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense analysis.

● Coordinate with external U.S. CPAs and tax professionals.

● Ensure timely completion of accounting tasks and maintain accurate documentation.

● Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls.

Qualifications





● Chartered Accountant (CA) or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

● 2–5 years of accounting experience.

● Robust knowledge of accounting principles.

● Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.

● Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.

● Excellent analytical and communication skills.

● Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

● Experience with U.S. accounting or international clients is a strong advantage.
