We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and experience handling international customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with B2B and B2C customers across GCC countries.
- Communicate confidently and professionally in English with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the system.
- Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Work remotely while collaborating effectively with the team.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tele Marketing Executive or Customer Support Executive (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.




- Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Must be a Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Candidates with a technical educational background are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS excel and email communication.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-centric approach.
