We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage MIS reporting, handle the sales application, and coordinate with the sales team and application development agency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage and monitor the Sales Application (SFA/CRM) for smooth operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Sales Team and the Application Development Agency.
- Gather business requirements from the sales team and communicate them clearly to the application developers.
- Follow up with the development team on issue resolution, bug fixes, and new feature requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues faced by field sales employees.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand operational challenges and recommend system improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and generate reports related to sales performance, attendance,



order booking, and distributor activities.
- Provide user training and support for the sales application.
- Prepare documentation for application requirements, issue logs, and enhancement requests

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, etc.).

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Sales Operations, or Sales Application Support.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
