Job Overview

CAMS Institute of Hotel Management is seeking an experienced and passionate Visiting Faculty – Food Production to deliver practical and theoretical sessions to Hotel Management students. The ideal candidate should possess robust culinary knowledge, industry experience, and a passion for teaching aspiring hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical and theory classes in Food Production.
- Demonstrate professional culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
- Train students in food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Guide students in developing practical culinary skills and industry best practices.
- Assist in planning practical sessions and maintaining kitchen discipline.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Support institute events, workshops,



and culinary competitions whenever required.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant industry experience in professional kitchens is preferred.
- Previous teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
- Strong practical knowledge of Indian, Continental, and basic international cuisines.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for mentoring and developing future hospitality professionals.
