Hiring – Warehouse Incharge / Stores Executive

KB Associate is looking for a Warehouse Incharge / Stores Executive to join our team.

Location: Rajarajan Nagar, Vanagaram, Chennai
Experience: 1–3 Years (Manufacturing/Engineering Industry Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage warehouse and stores operations efficiently.
- Handle inward and outward material movements.
- Prepare and maintain Material Receipt Notes (MRN).
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials.
- Conduct perpetual inventory and periodic stock verification.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
- Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain inventory records in ERP/Tally systems.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping, safety, and material handling standards.
