Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily physical, chemical, and sensory testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished date powder/food products.
- Ensure strict adherence to FSSAI standards, GMP, and internal quality guidelines.
- Inspect incoming raw materials and maintain detailed QC documentation/logs.
- Monitor production hygiene, packaging integrity, and storage conditions.
- Handle batch sampling, root-cause analysis for defects, and corrective actions.
Key Requirements
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or relevant field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in QC/QA within food processing or FMCG manufacturing.
- Knowledge of FSSAI regulations, hygiene standards, and basic laboratory equipment.
- Robust observation, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
