Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration while ensuring smooth coordination between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll coordination and attendance management
- Address employee queries and assist in grievance handling
- Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
