Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build solid customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will visit customers in the assigned territory, promote company products or services, identify client needs, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing customers within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining company policies.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market intelligence to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM or sales reporting tools.




- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Attend sales meetings, product training sessions, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales performance updates.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
