We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Pharma Telecaller to connect with pharmaceutical companies across India. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and the ability to generate business opportunities through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to pharmaceutical companies and prospects.
- Generate quality leads for PCD Pharma Franchise, Third Party Manufacturing, and Digital Marketing services.
- Explain company services and convert inquiries into potential clients.
- Maintain daily call records and follow up with interested customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

- ✔ Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- ✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- ✔ Positive attitude and convincing skills.
- ✔ Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
- ✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
