.Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and oversee scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and releases.
- Maintain coding standards.
- Identify technical risks and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–4 years of experience in full stack development .
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, RESTful APIs, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in performance tuning, security best practices, and scalable architecture.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
