About the Role

Young Minds Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and student-focused Admission Counselors to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counseling, and relationship-building skills to help students make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.

Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into successful admissions.

Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, and awareness programs.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.

Coordinate with students, parents, and internal teams throughout the admission process.

Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong counseling and convincing abilities.





Good presentation and public speaking skills.

Ability to build relationships with students and parents.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.

Eligibility

Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, BBA, BBM, B.Sc, B.Tech) or MBA.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience in admissions, counseling, education, sales, customer support, or client relations is an added advantage.
