Documentation excellence is key. Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
Solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Solid working knowledge of Workday.
Solid Knowledge on JIRA Cloud.

Other factors that will get our attention:
Experience in working with Insurance company or related financial institution and understand its business processes.
Knowledge of API documentation methods.
Knowledge of API protocols (e.g. REST).
We will provide the support, but we are looking for an independent self-starter with strong time management skills. We need you to meet objectives and deadlines without heavy supervision. It’s a plus if you’ve previously worked in the SAFe/Agile Methodology.
You need to love to learn. Do you like finding solutions? This person will need to be an excellent problem-solver with strong investigation skills and the ability to provide solutions.
Able to recognize when to apply traditional BA techniques and when to use ‘lite’ methodology to achieve the project objectives.
