Job Summary
The Sr. Administrator in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in delivering advanced technical support and optimizing operational processes. This position focuses on troubleshooting complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and security posture. Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support By Utilizing Beyondtrust And Active Directory To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Security Incidents, Ensuring Minimal Disruption To Operations.
2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis For Escalated Incidents,
Implementing Effective Solutions That Enhance Security And Operational Efficiency.
3. Collaborate With Support Teams To Manage And Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring A Seamless And Secure Operational Environment.
4. Contribute To The Knowledge Base By Updating Documentation And Providing Training To New Staff, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Improvement.
5. Ensure Customer Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution And Minimizing Case Reopens, While Proactively Addressing Potential Security Threats.
Skill Requirements
1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Beyondtrust And Active Directory.
2. Solid Understanding Of Thycotic Privilege Manager And Beyondtrust Password Safe.
3. Familiarity With Avecto And Its Application In Operational Security.
4. Solid Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Technical Issues Independently.
Other Requirements
1. Optional Certifications: Beyondtrust Certified Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Or Equivalent Certifications Would Be Valuable.
