Job Summary
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a vital role in managing operational excellence through the implementation of Web Application Firewall solutions, Cisco ASA, and Palo Alto technologies. Key Responsibilities
1. Optimize Operational Systems By Enhancing Management Reporting And Streamlining Information Flow Using Web Application Firewall Technologies, Ensuring Efficient Business Processes And Effective Organizational Planning.
2. Analyze And Understand Client Requirements,



Holding Accountability For The Support Team’s Performance In Meeting Client Expectations Through The Implementation Of Cisco Asa And Palo Alto Configurations.
3. Lead And Mentor Project Teams By Facilitating Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Culture Of Collaboration And Accountability.
4. Drive Innovation By Proposing And Implementing New Ideas For Process Development And Organizational Improvement, Leveraging Expertise In Security Technologies.
5. Develop And Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs And Operational Environments, Ensuring Delivery Of Measurable Business Results.
