Job Summary
The main objective and purpose of this position consist in providing secure, efficient, prompt, and courteous pick-up and delivery service for gases, while promoting ALC’s quality and safety objectives.

Key responsibilities
• Provides prompt and courteous delivery of cylinder gases and/or welding supplies.
• Picks up empty cylinders as required.
• Loads and unloads trucks with other team members and ensures trucks are loaded efficiently and in accordance with regulations.
• Pick your own load of cylinders, plan out your day based on items dispatched for you, drive to required sites, pick up empties then offload trucks upon return.
• Ensures that maintenance and general appearance of the truck and all equipment used in the performance of his/her duties are properly maintained.
• Pick up and deliver freight safely and efficiently.
• Loads and unloads trucks with other team members.
• Operates vehicles in a safe manner.




• Reports all unsafe conditions, and all accidents immediately to his Supervisor or the Safety Champion.

Required qualifications
• Valid Az or DZ license with air with a clean driver's abstract.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the delivery industry.
• Customer service experience.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs.

Preferred qualifications
• Forklift Certification.
