Job Purpose:

Assess borrower credit quality, assign ratings

Track performance, update ratings

Provide independent risk views, recommendations

Develop sector research, analyze portfolio

Work with stakeholders, self-starter

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze company performance, credit proposals

Assess business model, identify risks

Handle varied rating assignments, prepare rationales

Assign ratings per internal scale

Surveil ratings, review recent developments

Monitor ratings via frameworks

Analyze key credit decision aspects, suggest covenants

Analyze assigned industry/sector

Read industry reports, attend webinars

Manage surveillance framework, follow up feedback

Present outcomes to management

Monitor portfolio stress, recommend actions

Prepare industry/portfolio newsletters

Reply to audit observations

Adhere to policies

Educational Qualifications:

CA, CFA or MBA from Tier 1 institute

Key Skills:

Analytical skills

Interpersonal / Communication skills

Handle large volumes, excel skills

Banking products understanding





Experience Required:

2-4 years experience

Ratings, credit underwriting, policy roles

Mid/Large Corporate segments

Rating agencies, Banks, NBFCs, Research houses, KPOs

Major Stakeholders:

Business Teams
