Requirements

- Knowledge of tourist and business visa application processes.
- Familiarity with embassy, consulate, and VFS procedures.
- Experience with Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and other major visa applications is an advantage.
- Strong document verification and attention to detail.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in data entry and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

- Review and verify client documents for visa applications.
- Prepare and submit visa applications accurately.
- Track application status and maintain records.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and VFS centers.
- Manage multiple applications while meeting deadlines.
- Handle urgent cases and resolve application-related issues.
- Stay updated on visa regulations and embassy requirements.
