We are looking for a highly competent and trustworthy finance qualified to manage the financial operations of a promoter family with NRI and Singapore exposure. The role involves personal and group finance management, NRI taxation, India–Singapore DTAA, FEMA compliance, accounting, banking, investments, and promoter transactions.

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in a CA firm handling HNI/NRI clients
- Knowledge of Income Tax, FEMA, RBI Regulations, India–Singapore DTAA, and SEBI PIT Regulations
- Experience in NRI taxation, Form 15CA/CB, TDS (Section 195), scrutiny assessments, and promoter share transactions
- Proficiency in Tally/Zoho Books, Advanced Excel, ITD e-filing, TRACES, and banking/demat platforms
- Strong communication skills with high confidentiality and integrity

Key Responsibilities





- Manage personal, household, and group entity finances
- Handle accounting, MIS reporting, budgeting, insurance, banking, and asset management
- Manage NRI taxation, DTAA compliance, FEMA regulations, and tax planning
- Coordinate with promoters, auditors, banks, insurers, legal advisors, and consultants
- Monitor regulatory updates and support tax assessments and compliance

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,861.40 per month
