Position: Pre School Coordinator
Location: Loni Kalbhor, Pune
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending upon qualification and experience)

Job Summary:

Innovera School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre School Coordinator to lead and manage the pre-primary section effectively. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills along with a robust understanding of early childhood education practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide pre-primary teachers in daily academic planning
- Ensure smooth functioning of the pre-school department
- Monitor classroom activities, lesson planning, and student engagement
- Conduct teacher observations and provide regular feedback
- Coordinate events, celebrations, and parent interactions
- Maintain academic quality and discipline standards
- Support curriculum planning and implementation
- Handle parent concerns and ensure positive parent communication




- Organize training and development activities for teachers

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Knowledge of child development and pre-primary curriculum
- Creative and child-friendly approach

Qualification:

- Montessori / ECCE / NTT / PPTTC or related Early Childhood Education qualification
- Graduation mandatory
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education will be preferred

Experience:

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Pre School / Pre Primary teaching or coordination
