Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in the UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, USA, Ireland, and other study destinations.
- Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs.
- Guide students through the admission process, documentation, visa procedures, and application requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Convert leads into enrollments by achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Keep up to date with university requirements, intakes, scholarships, and immigration policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student application process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions using the CRM system.

Requirements





- Experience in study abroad counselling or education sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
