We are looking for a Sales Manager for Sales & Marketing for a Leading Insurance & Broking Company at Chennai Location. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives and assist the Team meeting and over achieving targets.

The incumbent must have core experience in Corporate General Insurance or who are from General Insurance Broking companies. He will be an individual contributor

Job Description:

- Acquiring current business through market mapping, identifying sources of business, networking and relationship building, cold calling etc
- Meet revenue targets on a monthly & annual basis.
- Harnessing marketing opportunities available in the market.




- Providing service to existing clients
- Direct sales/Sales support
- Presentations, follow up and conclude the business.
- Compliance of Company & Govt. policies

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Should have good Product knowledge.
- Should be from General insurance company or any good broker in Corporate Sales
- 04-05 years of relevant experience in General insurance industry
- Experience in Non-motor products.

Proposed CTC

- The salary will be commensurate with the experience and will vary
