Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and manage the sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving branch targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth day-to-day branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales, academic counselling, and support teams.
- Achieve monthly admission, revenue, and business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student admissions and branch profitability.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion through CRM.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing student and parent queries.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth branch functioning.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.




- Maintain discipline, compliance, and company policies within the branch.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in Branch Management, Sales Management, or Operations.
- Experience in the Education/EdTech industry is preferred.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Target-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience) + Attractive Performance Incentives.
