Your primary responsibility shall be to:

a) Address queries and counseling of parents to drive conversions/admissions.
b) Follow up on all leads (from emails, calls, other mediums) to generate footfalls.
c) Meeting all walk-ins for admission enquiries.
d) Inform parents about the strengths of the school.
e) Engage with the potential prospects through completion of the admission formalities till the joining of the child.
f) Liaison with preschools, corporates, societies for the benefit of the school.
g) Filing of hard copy documentation and record-keeping of every student file.
h) Record keeping for all enquiries and footfalls

The applicant should possess the following skills/personality traits:

a) Strong command over English language.
b) Excellent listening skills.
c) Min 2 years experience as an admissions counselor in a school of repute.
d) Working knowledge of IT applications like MS Office, Web browsers, CRM, and the like.
e) The person should love connecting with and meeting new people.
f) Solid sense of purpose.
g) Positive attitude to problem-solving.
h) High levels of self-drive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
