About the Role

A reputed group of companies is looking for an experienced Head of Accounts to lead the accounts function across its group entities. The ideal candidate comes from a CA background with hands-on experience in a CA firm, and can independently manage accounting, compliance, and audit support for multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Head the accounts department and oversee day-to-day accounting of all group companies
- Lead, guide, and review the work of junior accountants
- Assist statutory auditors in statutory audit and tax audit, including preparation of schedules and audit documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and TDS returns
- Finalise books of accounts and prepare MIS reports for management
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations

Requirements

- Sound knowledge of accounting and auditing principles




- CA / CA Inter / CA background strongly preferred
- Prior experience working in a CA firm is highly desirable
- Robust working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory/tax audit procedures
- Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel
- Ability to manage a team and meet compliance deadlines independently

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
