Job Description:

Sri Bhramara is seeking a talented Designer with expertise in 2D drafting, 3D modelling, and rendering to support our real estate and architectural projects.

Responsibilities:

* Create detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD

* Develop 3D models using SketchUp

* Produce realistic renders and walkthroughs using Lumion

* Interpret project requirements and deliver accurate designs

* Collaborate with project and execution teams

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion

* Strong understanding of architectural drawings

* Attention to detail and creative visualization skills

* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Design / Civil or related field (preferred)

* 1–3 years of relevant work experience
