Roles & Responsibility

Purpose:

To build and manage customer community post-handover, ensuring engagement, exclusivity, and long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities:

- Build and run exclusive customer communities across delivered projects.

- Collaborate with brands to offer advantages, loyalty programs, and lifestyle partnerships.

- Plan and execute customer engagement activities and events.

- Coordinate with estate managers for smooth functioning of amenities.

- Track and report community satisfaction and engagement levels.

Requirements

Skills:

- Strong networking and relationship management.

- Customer engagement and event management.

- Ability to create partnerships with lifestyle brands.

Academics:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality, PR, or Marketing.
Luxury Brand/Customer Loyalty certifications a plus.

Preferred Source Sectors:
Concierge services (Les Concierges, Quintessentially, Club Concierge), loyalty clubs (Marriott Bonvoy, Taj InnerCircle, DLF Clubs, premium gymkhana/golf clubs), lifestyle loyalty programs.
