Job Summary

ALIMS School of Business is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Loan Executives (Telecalling) to support our loan services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, explaining loan products and services, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding loan services.

* Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

* Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.





* Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and documentation.

* Maintain call records and update customer information accurately.

* Coordinate with the loan processing team for smooth workflow.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Experience

* Freshers are welcome to apply .

*Valuable Communication Skills

*Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Email & Internet)

Working Hours

* 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Working Days

* Monday – Saturday

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
