- Handle daily branch operations and customer interactions
- Support loan processing and documentation verification
- Maintain customer records and branch reports
- Follow up with customers for collections and repayments
- Achieve assigned business and collection targets
- Coordinate with the branch team for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Generate leads and support business development activities

Qualification

- Any Degree

Experience

- 0–3 years experience in NBFC, banking, finance, or sales preferred
