Job Description: Assistant Manager – Finance

Position: Assistant Manager – Finance

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory requirements

- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliances and timely filings

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and project-wise cost control

- Assist in MIS reporting and management dashboards

- Support internal controls, audits, and process improvements

- Maintain proper documentation and financial records

Qualifications

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com





- 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts

- Experience in consulting / infrastructure / EPC / project-based organizations preferred

Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliances

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally) and MS Excel

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
