Vekay Engineering Solutions is looking for a dependable and skilled AC Technician to install, service, and repair air conditioning systems for our residential/commercial customers in and around Chennai. If you're a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work and great customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Install, inspect, and repair AC units, split systems, and ductwork
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues quickly and accurately
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
- Recharge refrigerant and check for leaks
- Replace parts like compressors, motors, thermostats, and capacitors
- Keep accurate job/service records
- Provide friendly, clear communication with customers
- Respond to service calls,
including occasional emergencies
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of AC/HVAC experience (entry-level candidates welcome to apply)
- ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical (preferred)
- Valid driver's license / two-wheeler license
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to lift [X] kg, climb ladders, and work in tight/elevated spaces
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for in office jobs
