Key Responsibilities

SAP Enable Now Functional Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Signify is amid the design, build and deployment of a global greenfield S/4HANA solution. To support the deployment and ensure reliable operations and continuous optimization, we are establishing a global application maintenance organization.

The SAP Enable Now Functional Engineer is responsible for supporting SAP S/4 HANA deployments and maintaining and enhancing SAP Enable Now solutions in a post go-live application maintenance environment. Collaborates within a global team and works closely with business stakeholders, partners and cross-functional teams to support digital learning, user adoption and business process enablement. The role focuses on application support, content management, issue resolution, testing and continuous improvement.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Support SAP Enable Now activities aligned to the global template and support the global S/4 HANA implementation on a local level.
Develop, maintain and update SAP Enable Now learning content including simulations, guided tours, work instructions, process documentation and in-application help.
Provide functional support in an AMS environment including incident management, service requests, defect resolution and root cause analysis in line with agreed service levels.
Support Business Process Owners, key users and project teams in maintaining learning content aligned with business process changes.
Conduct impact analysis and support testing and validation of Enable Now content following system enhancements, releases and deployments.
Maintain learning content libraries, templates, standards and documentation to support governance and knowledge management.




Monitor application issues and user feedback to support effective user adoption and operational continuity.
Support user onboarding, knowledge transfer and digital learning initiatives across SAP applications.
Provide functional guidance and contribute to knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.

Critical Experiences and Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Engineering, Information Technology, Education Technology or a related field.
Experience or exposure to SAP Enable Now, Digital Adoption Platforms or enterprise learning solutions is an advantage.
Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and enterprise applications.
Experience supporting application maintenance, documentation, testing, training or digital adoption initiatives is an advantage.
Knowledge of content authoring, documentation standards and digital learning concepts is desirable.
Good understanding of integration points with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and continuously develop expertise in SAP Enable Now, SAP S/4HANA processes and digital learning technologies.
SAP Enable Now certification is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a global, complex and highly integrated business environment.
