Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Speaker Acquisition Associate to identify, engage, and onboard high-quality speakers for our events and programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in outreach, strong research skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with global professionals. This role requires managing the end-to-end speaker acquisition pipeline and building strong relationships with industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential speakers across industries using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to onboard speakers




- Build and manage a robust speaker pipeline for ongoing and upcoming events
- Coordinate with speakers on availability, topics, and event requirements
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and speaker status
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, events) to align speaker profiles with event themes
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for speakers
- Track and report key metrics such as outreach conversion, response rates, and confirmations

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
