We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive / Merchant Acquisition Executive to expand the ShigramPay merchant network. This role involves identifying prospective merchants, demonstrating our payment platform, onboarding new partners, and ensuring successful activation.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new merchants within assigned territories.
- Visit retail stores, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, QSRs, and other businesses.
- Present and demonstrate ShigramPay's biometric payment platform and merchant solutions.
- Convert prospects into active merchant partners through effective sales presentations.
- Complete merchant onboarding, documentation, POS installation, facial enrollment, and first transaction activation.
- Train merchants on product usage and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Build strong relationships with merchants to encourage long-term engagement.
- Achieve weekly and monthly acquisition and activation targets.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
