What You'll Do

* Provide L1/L2 production support for SAP CRM 7.0 ECC
* Monitor production systems and ensure smooth operations
* Resolve incidents and production issues within SLAs
* Perform system health checks and proactive monitoring
* Prepare RCA, documentation, and support reports
* Support future SAP C4C implementation and migration initiatives

What We're Looking For





* 3–6 years of SAP CRM Support experience
* Hands-on experience with SAP CRM 7.0 ECC production support
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Banking domain experience is highly preferred
* Exposure to SAP C4C is an added advantage

* Immediate joiners or candidates with a 15–30 day notice period will be given preference.
