Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical sessions on mechanical engineering subjects.
- Train candidates on fitting, fabrication, welding, machining, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, pumps, compressors, and maintenance practices.
- Demonstrate secure use of workshop tools, machines, and measuring instruments.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, training manuals, and practical assignments.
- Assess trainees through written tests, practical evaluations, and viva sessions.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
- Ensure compliance with workshop safety standards and housekeeping.
- Guide trainees on employability skills and interview preparation.
- Coordinate with industry partners for practical exposure and placement support.




- Update training content based on current industry standards and technologies.

Qualifications

- Diploma B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- NCVT/ITI certification (preferred for vocational training roles).
- Certification as a Trainer (preferred)

Experience

- 0–3 years of relevant industry experience in manufacturing, production, maintenance, or fabrication.
- Prior experience in teaching or skill training is preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
