Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized professional to manage our real estate database, CRM, WhatsApp leads, client follow-ups, broker relationships, and daily reporting. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate data management, and solid industry networking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property Data Management

- Maintain and regularly update the database of plots, builder floors, and other real estate inventory.
- Enter and organize property details in Excel, CRM, and other company software.
- Mark property locations accurately on Adobe PDF/Map files.
- Ensure all property records remain accurate, updated, and easily searchable.

2. WhatsApp Lead & Inventory Management

- Monitor WhatsApp messages from brokers, dealers, and real estate groups throughout the day.
- Identify and segregate available properties and buyer requirements.
- Update all relevant information in the CRM and Excel database.
- Regularly post the company's available inventory and client requirements in broker groups.

3. CRM & Client Follow-up Management

- Maintain complete records of every client interaction.
- Record customer requirements, budget, preferences, and follow-up schedules.
- Ensure timely reminders for all scheduled follow-ups.
- Classify and track leads as Cold, Warm, Hot, and Converted.
- Help the sales team maintain an organized sales pipeline.

4. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare daily reports covering:

- Number of calls made by each team member.
- Cold calls completed.
- Hot leads generated.
- Meetings scheduled.
- Deals progressing.
- Customer conversation summaries.
- Pending follow-ups and next action dates.





5. Broker & Business Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with property dealers and brokers.
- Build long-term professional relationships within the real estate community.
- Coordinate meetings between brokers, investors, and the company's senior management.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments professionally while maintaining a premium client experience.

6. Digital & Social Media Lead Management

- Manage enquiries generated through YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Record, assign, and track all online leads.
- Ensure prompt follow-up with every digital enquiry.
- Assist in developing and maintaining an organized digital lead management system.

Desired Qualifications

- Graduate (preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Ability to learn and efficiently use CRM software.
- Strong working knowledge of WhatsApp Business.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
